Report undesirable behavior
Hutchison Ports Venlo values that people treat each other respectfully. This means that sexual intimidation, bullying, swearing, aggression, violence and discrimination are not accepted. However, if you have experienced undesirable behavior or have been treated unfairly by an Hutchison Ports Venlo employee, you can report this.
Undesirable behavior includes, among other things:
- Aggression and violence
- (Sexual) harassment
- Bullying
- Discrimination
This does NOT include complaints regarding the operational process, such as waiting times or disruptions.
Hutchison Ports Venlo has chosen to accommodate the reporting process at an external party: the Bezemer & Schubad agency in Rotterdam. This office can be reached via 010 - 2400907 from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. They will further discuss the further handling of your complaint with you.
