Report undesirable behavior and Whistleblower policy
Hutchison Ports Venlo values that people treat each other respectfully. This means that sexual intimidation, bullying, swearing, aggression, violence and discrimination are not accepted. However, if you have experienced undesirable behavior or have been treated unfairly by an Hutchison Ports Venlo employee, you can report this.
Undesirable behavior includes, among other things:
- Aggression and violence
- (Sexual) harassment
- Bullying
- Discrimination
Additionally, anyone who encounters Hutchison Ports Venlo in a work-related context can also use this reporting point to make whistleblower reports regarding situations involving for example: misconduct, fraud or other irregularities within Hutchison Ports Venlo. Your report will be treated confidentially.
This does NOT include complaints regarding the operational process, such as waiting times or disruptions.
Hutchison Ports Venlo has chosen to accommodate the reporting process at an external party: Vertrouwen in Werk agency. This office can be reached via 085 – 888 0 886 from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. They will further discuss the further handling of your complaint or whistleblower report with you.
