Before bringing or picking up an empty container, you simply check the shipping company's reference via this e-service. This way, you can be sure that you can return the empty container and know at which location (barge or rail terminal).
Gate in and gate out formalities can be arranged online prior to visiting the terminal through Remote Check In. RCI is available at both the barge and rail terminal.
